TL;DR
Backend Software Engineer (Java/iGaming): Developing and optimizing server-side game logic and simulations for real-money iGaming products with an accent on scalable game features and high-quality server-side architecture. Focus on solving complex technical challenges in game simulations and ensuring seamless player experiences for millions of users.
Location: Hybrid, must be based in Warsaw, Poland and fully eligible to work under a local employment contract

What you will do
- Develop and maintain backend systems and server-side game logic for real-money products.
- Build and optimize game simulations to ensure seamless performance.
- Collaborate with game designers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and unit tests while participating in code reviews.
- Solve technical challenges to support the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong OOP/OOD skills.
- Proven experience working within the iGaming industry.
- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Deep knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and build tools like Jenkins or Maven.
- Full eligibility to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland.

- Experience with JavaScript.
