Client Servicing Analyst (Investment Accounting)

Location: Office in Boise, with work-from-home Fridays

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries and requests related to investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide timely and accurate information for financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Build client relationships and improve the user experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and reconcile investment transactions using internal tools.
• Prioritize workflows using productivity and quality metrics and contribute to long-term team and client projects.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and related accounting concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
