Client Services Representative (January 2027 Class)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; scheduled office attendance required, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days from home available after training and demonstrated proficiency.

What you will do

• Facilitate positive interactions with internal and external clients through accurate, timely service.
• Interpret and complete complex financial and non-financial transactions across multiple account registration types.
• Establish client accounts and use research and problem-solving skills to resolve requests.
• Complete up to 12 weeks of training covering increasingly complex transactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, knowledge-retention, and performance requirements throughout the role.
• Collaborate with managers, team members, and business partners while following policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous client service experience.
• Associate degree or some college preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to multitask and research answers to problems.
• Proficiency using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, basic math proficiency, and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
