Senior Analytics Manager

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to shape strategy through evidence-based decision-making and identify high-value analytics opportunities.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of analytics projects, including deep-dive analysis, predictive models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Apply advanced techniques such as regression, segmentation, cluster analysis, propensity modelling, time-series forecasting, correlation modelling, and driver analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Define analytics standards and partner with Data Engineering and Data Governance to improve data quality, lineage, accessibility, and trust.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts while promoting data literacy, automation, standardisation, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or another analytical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing teams in a complex business environment.
• Experience delivering commercial value through advanced analytics, predictive modelling, decision science, or data science.
• Experience with data visualisation, storytelling, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure or Databricks, visualisation tools such as Power BI, and SQL or Python.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
