Transfers Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage electronic and paper-based asset transfer processes.
• Transfer platform holdings into and out of hirify.global custody and maintain accurate transfer positions.
• Issue stock transfer forms and use electronic solutions for re-registration.
• Investigate transfer requests, resolve client queries, and support inbound calls from corporate clients and plan managers.
• Liaise with fund managers, brokers, counterparties, and internal teams to agree trade and settlement instructions.
• Monitor daily fund manager reports, provide team MI, and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service experience, including retail or contact centre experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, solve problems, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Financial services and FCA regulations knowledge is desirable; full training is provided.
