Fraud Analyst

Location: GBR MLTN 120; on-site contact centre role

Salary: £12.71 per hour, plus an additional £1.50 per hour for eligible unsociable-hours shifts

What you will do

• Use fraud detection systems to analyse customer accounts and identify signs of fraudulent activity.
• Complete inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professional relationships with customers and merchants.
• Block and transfer compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
• Arrange replacement credit cards and log and process customer complaints.
• Generate and support the completion of reports, identify fraud trends, and report common pitfalls.
• Provide advice and support to internal teams to help deliver a streamlined customer experience.

Requirements

• Customer service experience by telephone or in person.
• Good IT literacy and data analysis skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling critical, detailed work.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete fully paid training on-site.
