Analytics Manager (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; onsite at the Balkan Business Center

What you will do

• Analyse customer management initiatives, including campaigns, player segmentation, CRM optimisation, and player lifecycle optimisation.
• Monitor performance, prepare operational and financial reporting, and support analysis for joint venture partners.
• Support regulatory, AML, KYC, and Responsible Gaming reporting.
• Interpret complex datasets using statistical techniques, identify trends, and report against key KPIs.
• Find process improvement opportunities and analyse factors that can improve KPIs and business performance.
• Manage projects, deliver presentations, and provide recommendations to senior audiences.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience analysing datasets with Excel, Pandas, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Experience with CRM-related analysis, customer segmentation, campaign analysis, costing, and ROI calculations.
• Ability to work with large volumes of numerical data and manage multiple parallel tasks within project timelines.
• Interest in the casino, sports betting, or gaming industry and understanding of its customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI and data visualisation tools.
• Previous experience in the casino, sports betting, or gaming industry.
