What you will do

• Support and optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to meet business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support financial reporting, data analysis, and business processes.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Support system implementations, testing activities, and data governance initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, reporting frameworks, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
