Senior Data Analytics Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional analytics projects from ideation through execution with a high degree of independence.
• Solve high-velocity, high-impact analytics problems and scale the business through data.
• Build and improve scalable data infrastructure, data products, and data pipelines.
• Refactor data systems to support higher volumes and evolving requirements.
• Improve machine-learning bidding algorithm accuracy and perform customer segmentation analysis.
• Improve alerting systems and help triage data quality issues at scale.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, or data analysis, with a record of impact.
• Expertise and real-world experience with SQL.
• Exposure to data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Strong quantitative and programming skills; Python is preferred, with R, Rust, Go, Ruby, or C++ also considered.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, or another technical discipline.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt between projects, and collaborate effectively in a startup environment.
