Location: Must be based in one of the specified cities (including Almaty, Astana, Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Krakow, Kyiv, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Lviv, Odesa, Riga, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Yerevan) or be eligible to work remotely within Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, or Poland.

What you will do

• Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and data transformation workflows.
• Manage and orchestrate reliable ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Maintain and manage backend data plumbing and workbook integrations within Tableau.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to ensure high data availability and integrity.
• Participate in architectural planning for future data stack migrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data/Analytics Engineer managing end-to-end data workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex analytical querying and data manipulation.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Airflow-driven ETL pipelines.
• Functional experience with Tableau backend configuration and data source connection.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) or modern data transformation frameworks.
• Experience in the online gaming, sports betting, or high-volume transactional tech sector.
