Senior Tableau Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Armenia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cyprus, Georgia, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, or Uruguay. The role requires overlap with the EST working schedule, at least until 1 p.m. EST for candidates in EU and APAC regions.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize sophisticated Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Develop data sources and semantic layers in Snowflake, using DBT models as the primary data source layer.
• Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and translate requirements into executive-level visual insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Improve dashboard performance, usability, and end-user adoption.
• Document dashboard logic and provide training to end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Tableau development experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
• Experience using DBT models as the primary data source layer.
• Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, and consumption layers.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and translating business requirements into strategic visual insights.
• Understanding of financial metrics, investment terminology, and fintech processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Familiarity with Addepar, Salesforce, or NetSuite data schemas.
