What you will do

• Design and develop complex interactive Tableau dashboards translating business requirements into visual insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to connect Tableau to Snowflake and optimize data extracts for performance.
• Create executive summaries and operational reports for data-driven decisions by senior leadership.
• Optimize dashboard performance and SQL queries for fast load times and seamless user experience.
• Establish visualization best practices, style guides, and security protocols in Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Conduct testing for data accuracy and visualization logic in regulated financial environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Tableau Desktop/Server/Cloud with LOD expressions, parameters, advanced mapping.
• Strong SQL skills for data preparation, blending, troubleshooting complex datasets.
• Experience with financial/investment/wealth management data and portfolio metrics.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into clean intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and collaboration with BAs/Product Owners.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Tableau Desktop/Server Certification.
• Experience with Snowflake as primary data source.
• Knowledge of other BI tools (Salesforce, Addepar) or Python for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with financial regulations on data privacy/reporting.
