Senior Tableau Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Krakow, Kyiv, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Lviv, Monterrey, Montevideo, Odesa, Riga, Rosario, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Yerevan; remote options in Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Georgia, and Poland. EU and APAC candidates must overlap with the EST schedule until at least 1 p.m. EST.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and visualizations for investment performance and portfolio data.
• Develop Snowflake data sources and semantic layers, using DBT models as the primary source layer.
• Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and translate requirements into clear visual insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Improve dashboard performance and usability, document dashboard logic, and train end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Tableau development experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses and DBT models.
• Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, and consumption layers.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and translating business requirements into strategic visual insights.
• Understanding of core financial metrics, investment terminology, and the fintech domain.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Familiarity with Addepar, Salesforce, or NetSuite data schemas.
