Sports Data Operations Analyst – Recruitment & Training

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Hybrid working models vary depending on the role and location.

What you will do

• Manage job advertisements, candidate applications, and recruitment and hiring processes for statisticians.
• Create user profiles, manage platform access, and guide new statisticians through onboarding.
• Organize and monitor training sessions, testing, and match re-checks.
• Develop, update, and standardize training materials and documentation.
• Analyze onboarding efficiency, data quality, and compliance with operating procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google tools and Microsoft Office.
• Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to use data to guide improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organization, initiative, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of the rules and gameplay of football, basketball, volleyball, or other sports.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or delivering training programs.
• Understanding of recruitment and onboarding performance analytics.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
