Marketing Operations Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage vendor onboarding, including documentation collection, compliance checks, and coordination with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Coordinate the drafting, review, signing, renewal, and lifecycle tracking of MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Support creative operations by coordinating marketing, brand, studio, and third-party creative teams.
• Oversee purchase orders, invoices, payment follow-ups, vendor queries, budgets, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate the integration of marketing tools, platforms, and APIs with IT and marketing teams.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, records, and dashboards while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in vendor management, marketing operations, procurement support, or financial operations.
• Understanding of contracts, SOWs, procurement workflows, and vendor compliance.
• Experience managing purchase orders, invoicing, budgets, and payment tracking.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, simplify complex processes, and learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, CRM platforms, or analytics tools is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or large-scale technology vendors.
• Knowledge of information security, data privacy, or risk management processes.
• Experience with procurement systems such as Business Central or Ariba, finance systems, or workflow tools.
• Experience contributing to process automation or operational optimization initiatives.
