Director, Product Management - Examination & Analysis (Digital Forensics)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Canada or the US; 20–25% travel required, including possible international travel.

Salary: CAD $190,000–$240,000 per year; USD $225,000–$275,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Examination & Analysis domain.
• Own roadmap strategy, prioritization, lifecycle management, and portfolio planning across products and capabilities.
• Drive workflow integration, shared capabilities, platform evolution, and portfolio convergence.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, AI leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver investigative workflows and customer experiences.
• Engage with customers and investigative agencies to translate workflow needs, market trends, and competitive insights into product strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading complex technical product portfolios in digital forensics, cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or adjacent domains.
• Strong understanding of workflow-driven product strategy, platform thinking, and capability-oriented portfolio management.
• Experience across desktop, cloud, hybrid, or platform-enabled environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field required.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI-assisted capabilities to customer workflow challenges.
• Experience working with law enforcement, government, or regulated investigative environments.
• Advanced degree.
