FP&A Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead variance analyses of non-GAAP actual financials, including project profitability and consolidated or entity KPIs.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and prepare reporting packages.
• Support group-wide budgeting, cash-generation initiatives, and financial modeling workstreams.
• Contribute to strategic projects and collaborate with global, regional, entity finance, and OCFO teams.
• Work with the Director of FP&A Infrastructure to maximize ERP platform utility and improve finance procedures.
• Monitor departmental workstreams and optimize resource use while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Excellent financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and J-GAAP accounting.
• Strong business-level written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-stress global environment.

Nice to have

• CPA qualification.
• Experience working for a global organization or its head office.
