Working Student (HR Services)

Location: Munich, Germany; work is connected to the Munich office.

What you will do

• Support HR processes covering employee benefits, compensation, promotions, and pensions.
• Assist with contract administration, contractual amendments, and promotion documentation.
• Support annual compensation processes, including bonus eligibility reviews.
• Prepare reference letters, employer confirmations, and related documents.
• Maintain personnel files and provide operational support across HR processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program.
• Previous professional experience, ideally through internships or working student roles, with strong organizational responsibilities.
• Interest in human resources and management consulting.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, self-organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
