What you will do
- Develop and structure informational materials regarding German labour regulations for managers and the HR SSC.
- Support the preparation of HR training sessions covering sick leave, termination, and vacation rules.
- Handle local HR administration including issuing certificates and managing maternity leave processes.
- Monitor HR service tickets in close collaboration with the SSC team in Manchester.
- Assist in organizing Townhalls, Site Leadership Team meetings, and Works Council sessions.
- Support the onboarding process and manage internal communication via Teams and the intranet.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a German university with at least one year of study remaining.
- Academic background in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related discipline.
- Native-level German and business-fluent English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in German labour law.
- Ability to work independently and comfort using digital and AI-based solutions.
