Working Student Relocation Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: On-site in Munich, Germany

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for new hires relocating to Munich.
• Support apartment searches by explaining the rental market, exploring neighborhoods, reviewing listings, and preparing for viewings.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property management companies, and landlords across Munich.
• Create neighborhood guides, rental market overviews, moving checklists, and other relocation resources.
• Shape and document the relocation process in collaboration with Recruiting and People Operations.

Requirements

• Be enrolled at a university, preferably studying Business, Real Estate Management, or a comparable subject.
• Have strong communication skills and a structured, proactive working style.
• Be fluent in German and English.
• Initial experience in operations, customer-facing roles, or real estate is advantageous.

Nice to have
