Location: Hilversum, Netherlands. Hybrid work (up to 2 days WFH per week)

What you will do

• Perform compensation and benefits analyses, reporting, and benchmarking.
• Analyze HR and people data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of C&B policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Store Operations, and Regional HR teams.
• Create professional presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
• Assist the C&B Manager with annual performance review cycles and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Available for a minimum of 4 days per week for 5 months starting September 2026.
• Must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
• Eligibility: EU citizen, Family/Partner visa holder, or non-EU student studying in the Netherlands (meeting curriculum or Nuffic Agreement requirements).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis or visualization tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
