TL;DR
HR Compensation & Benefits Intern (Retail): Supporting compensation and benefits analyses, reporting, and benchmarking activities with an accent on HR analytics and people data. Focus on identifying trends, improving C&B policies, and collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Regional HR teams to ensure alignment.
Location: Hilversum, Netherlands. Hybrid work (up to 2 days WFH per week)
Salary: €450 per month (gross)

What you will do
- Perform compensation and benefits analyses, reporting, and benchmarking.
- Analyze HR and people data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of C&B policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Store Operations, and Regional HR teams.
- Create professional presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
- Assist the C&B Manager with annual performance review cycles and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Available for a minimum of 4 days per week for 5 months starting September 2026.
- Must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
- Eligibility: EU citizen, Family/Partner visa holder, or non-EU student studying in the Netherlands (meeting curriculum or Nuffic Agreement requirements).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analysis or visualization tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
