Internship HR - Compensation & Benefits

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands. Hybrid 40-hour internship with work from home available up to 2 days per week, depending on the role.

Internship allowance: €450 gross per month. Travel allowance of up to €23 per day may apply.

What you will do

• Support compensation and benefits analyses, reporting, and benchmarking.
• Work with HR analytics and people data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Help develop and improve compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Store Operations, and Regional HR stakeholders on alignment and compliance.
• Prepare professional presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support the Compensation and Benefits Manager with performance review, project coordination, daily activities, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Currently in the third or fourth year of an HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related HBO/WO program.
• Available at least 4 days per week for a 5-month internship starting in September 2026, and enrolled throughout the full internship.
• Eligibility requires EU citizenship, a Family/Partner visa, or study in the Netherlands with a mandatory internship or Nuffic Agreement.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis or data visualization tools.
• Additional language skills.
