Director, Go To Market Financial Planning & Analysis (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually plus bonus.

What you will do

• Set the financial partnership strategy for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Lead GTM forecasting and planning across 30+ products and organic and third-party sales channels.
• Guide decisions on growth investments, pricing, market expansion, resource allocation, and long-range planning.
• Define KPI frameworks and deliver executive-ready insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve FP&A systems, forecasting processes, reporting quality, and data accessibility.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing GTM FP&A team.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of FP&A experience, including meaningful GTM and revenue finance experience.
• Experience leading forecasting and planning processes at scale.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively, build trust, and operate in a fast-paced growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or another high-growth environment.
• Experience with AI-driven tools for forecasting, reporting, or decision-making.
