Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work with occasional in-person attendance required; primary residence must be in or near an approved city in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

Salary: United States $117,000–$221,500 USD; California $142,000–$221,500 USD; Canada $149,000–$197,000 CAD, depending on geographic market.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a product squad across Everand and Fable.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data partners to ship features.
• Balance major investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement metrics.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems.
• Create discovery experiences combining design, editorial insight, and algorithms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer products at scale.
• Experience defining product strategy and opinionated roadmaps from major user pain points.
• Fluency partnering with engineers and data scientists on machine-learning-powered experiences.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including A/B testing, analytics, user testing, and interviews.
• Strong product sense, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for books and reading.

• Experience with native mobile apps and subscription products.
