What you will do

• Lead consulting strategies and transformation engagements that deliver measurable client outcomes.
• Design customized solutions aligned with client business models, market strategies, operating environments, and technologies.
• Advise senior stakeholders on complex business, operational, and technology challenges.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, client education, workshops, and training focused on fintech innovation.
• Direct research, analysis, process improvements, project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery approaches.
• Mentor consulting professionals and promote knowledge sharing and consulting best practices.

Requirements

• Expertise in consulting, business transformation, operational improvement, or strategic advisory services.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and business objectives.
• Advanced knowledge of organizational change management, process optimization, and transformation methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting executive-level recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certifications in business, finance, technology, organizational development, project management, change management, process improvement, or consulting.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, capital markets, or fintech.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, operational excellence frameworks, and data-driven transformation.
