Formulation Scientist - Cleans PERR (Semiconductor): Developing BEoL wet cleaning formulations through laboratory experimentation, material preparation, testing, and prototyping with an accent on DOE-driven product development, performance evaluation, and experimental data interpretation. Focus on proposing technical solutions, supporting commercialization of new materials and processes, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams across different time zones.

What you will do

Support formulation and process development through laboratory experiments, material preparation, testing, prototyping, and laboratory trials.
Conduct Design of Experiments and performance evaluations, analyze experimental data, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
Research project-related challenges and propose technical solutions under the direction of senior scientists or project leaders.
Support technical service, troubleshooting, new material and process evaluations, and product development activities.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, application engineering, quality, commercial, sourcing, and supply chain teams.
Execute project tasks according to timelines, quality standards, technical requirements, EHS policies, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

Master’s degree or above in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
More than 3 years of semiconductor industry or research experience in BEoL wet cleaning formulation development.
Solid understanding of BEoL wet cleaning technical requirements and process flow, with experience in formulation development and DOE-driven product development.
Experience developing and commercializing new products in an industrial environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is required. Ability to work with global project teams across different time zones.
