What you will do

• Support the development of innovative well service additive products within the Care Chemicals business unit.
• Design and perform laboratory-scale formulation and application tests.
• Coordinate laboratory activities, interpret experimental data, and present findings in project meetings.
• Respond to technical service requests through stakeholder collaboration, experiments, and detailed reporting.
• Provide global technical support for well service additives and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain laboratory safety practices, improve standard operating procedures, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent academic research experience.
• Scientific data evaluation and proficiency with standard computer software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with well service additive testing and laboratory procedures is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
