What you will do

• Develop and deploy robust software architectures and frameworks for real-time robotics applications.
• Drive the technical approach for reliable real-world deployments.
• Optimize software performance, communication, memory management, profiling, and visualization.
• Integrate multiple sensing modalities, including cameras, LIDAR, and tactile sensors.
• Develop scalable techniques for managing large amounts of real-time data.
• Contribute across the autonomy stack and collaborate with other teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience deploying high-performance production software for robotics applications.
• Experience with autonomy functions including perception, planning, control, and simulation.
• Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS2 and visualization infrastructure such as Isaac Sim or Gazebo.
• Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with Python or Rust.
• Degree in computer science, robotics, vision, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability for in-person work in the SF Bay Area are required.
