Director of Product (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid. After probation, remote work from within Europe is available for up to 40 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead 2–4 product teams in building a differentiated workflow engine for professional photographers.
• Build and launch AI-first products using vertical knowledge, customer insights, and existing data foundations.
• Drive AI transformation across product discovery and delivery, including coaching teams to use Spec-Driven Development.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to align product direction with customer success.
• Drive measurable customer and business impact, including commercial growth and GMV improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading 2–4 product teams in a 100–500 FTE scale-up environment.
• Proven track record of building and launching AI-driven products with measurable business or customer impact.
• Strong technical depth in using data and legacy product insights to develop modern products.
• Experience with Vertical SaaS and e-commerce growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and customer-centric product judgment.
• Experience introducing and coaching teams in product methodologies such as Spec-Driven Development.
