Sr. Engineer, Integration & Yield (300mm)

What you will do

• Own process integration for assigned 300mm semiconductor modules.
• Define and optimize process flows for electrical performance, yield, and manufacturability.
• Lead defect and yield troubleshooting using inline data, electrical test results, and physical failure analysis.
• Drive cross-functional problem solving with equipment, device, yield, and process engineering teams.
• Support customer and product requests, including device performance evaluations and issue resolution.
• Develop derivative processes, defect source libraries, fingerprinting methods, and continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or Physics.
• Statistical knowledge and experience with SPC or JMP.
• Programming and data querying skills in Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication, independent working, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work across modules and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Nice to have

• Specialized knowledge of semiconductor physics and device fundamentals.
• Relevant internship or project experience.
