Regional Supply Chain Security Manager, EMEA

What you will do

• Lead and support investigations into theft, fraud, diversion, counterfeiting, misconduct, supply chain disruptions, and other security incidents.
• Manage cases through evidence gathering, interviews, intelligence analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, geopolitical risks, and operational risks affecting EMEA supply chain operations.
• Develop mitigation strategies with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, manufacturing partners, law enforcement agencies, and external vendors.
• Conduct security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews of facilities, transportation networks, supply chain operations, and third-party partners.
• Support crisis response, incident management, business continuity, security standards, and regional security awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, intelligence studies, law enforcement, business, supply chain management, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in corporate security, investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence, supply chain security, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience conducting complex investigations and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong investigative, analytical, communication, interviewing, stakeholder management, and confidentiality skills.
• Understanding of supply chain security, risk management, and loss prevention principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Power BI.

• Experience with third-party security assessments, audits, or compliance programs.
• Experience with security intelligence, investigations management, or data analysis platforms.
