Corporate Security Manager (Defense Drones)

What you will do

• Develop and enforce corporate security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses across facilities, operations, and personnel.
• Implement and oversee physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarms, intrusion detection, and site protection.
• Manage security incidents, investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and crisis response.
• Develop emergency response and business continuity plans, including travel, personnel, and operational security assessments.
• Manage external security providers, technology partners, authorities, and law enforcement relationships while advising leadership on security initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in corporate security, industrial security, protective services, or a related security management function.
• Proven experience with security investigations, incident response, crisis management, risk management, and business continuity.
• Experience working with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external security providers.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and alarm management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, defense, aerospace, or other security-sensitive environments is highly desirable.
• Professional communication skills in English or German are required; Ukrainian is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Certified Protection Professional, Certified Security Manager, or similar certification.
• Ukrainian language skills.
