Physical Security Analyst 2

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; onsite at the KL COE Office

What you will do

• Manage site security operations, resolve operational issues, and coordinate daily activities with the outsourced security service provider.
• Provide technical support for access control, CCTV, visitor management, door alarms, boom gates, and turnstiles.
• Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments, investigations, corrective-action planning, and compliance audits.
• Develop and update security procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and awareness training for employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor service-provider KPIs, staffing deployment, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate security projects, VIP visits, special events, and technical support for regional APAC security teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Technical knowledge of physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management systems, and turnstiles.
• Knowledge of physical security operations.
• Computer literacy, investigation skills, and auditing skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lenel and Milestone applications.
• Good communication in English and Malay.
• Strong organization, critical-thinking, and project-management experience.
