Senior IT Security Engineer (AI/ML Security)

What you will do

• Guide product and engineering teams in designing secure, resilient, and compliant systems by default.
• Conduct infrastructure, application, data, and ML/AI security assessments and support vulnerability remediation.
• Translate security standards into practical guidance for developers and engineering teams.
• Partner with software engineers, SREs, data engineers, and platform teams to embed security throughout the technology lifecycle.
• Support risk assessments, threat modeling, blue/red teaming, penetration test readiness, security testing, and design reviews.
• Contribute to security communities, knowledge sharing, process automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong IT experience with Azure Pipelines, Kubernetes, Linux or Windows virtual machines, database solutions such as Oracle, MSSQL, or Cassandra, and application or API development.
• Strong understanding of secure design, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and general IT security concepts.
• Experience conducting security assessments, preparing reports, and supporting remediation activities.
• Ability to explain complex security topics clearly and pragmatically.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to help build a new multinational security engineering team.

• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification.
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification.
• ISACA CDPSE certification.
• Exposure to MITRE ATLAS or adversarial ML tools.
