Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable message-processing services for the hirify.global Cloud digital messaging platform.
• Develop message routing, delivery, tracking, and analytics capabilities across digital communication channels.
• Build and maintain integrations with Meta, X, SMS, WhatsApp, and LINE.
• Improve fault tolerance, scalability, security, observability, and operational resilience across distributed cloud services.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical design reviews, code reviews, and engineering practices.
• Implement automated testing, participate in incident response, and join the engineering on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Java.
• Experience designing distributed systems, microservice architectures, fault-tolerant services, and REST APIs.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services, Git, networking concepts, and software version control.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across distributed engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta, X, or other social network APIs and digital communication channels.
• Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, and Lambda.
• Knowledge of asynchronous message processing, serverless architectures, messaging deliverability, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with messaging privacy and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
