Software Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead a large engineering organization across fullstack, backend, senior, and lead engineering functions.
• Guide the technical roadmap, engineering strategy, quarterly planning, and execution of product and engineering priorities.
• Participate in code and design reviews while improving testability, availability, security, reliability, and code quality.
• Partner with product, design, analytics, and business leaders to define customer-focused metrics and experiment designs.
• Attract, retain, mentor, and develop engineering talent, including future technical leaders and managers.
• Communicate strategic product and technology ideas to executive stakeholders and coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading people and managing large teams of junior engineers through lead engineers and managers.
• Experience building and scaling complex engineering organizations and platforms serving diverse products and use cases.
• Advanced expertise in distributed systems, high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Ability to define technology direction, connect technical decisions with business context, and collaborate across a broad partner landscape.
• Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic development tooling.
