What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing, inclusive pre-sales team of Solutions Architects.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven, value-focused solutions.
  • Establish best practices to improve team efficiency, collaboration, and overall business impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, acting as a strategic advisor for digital transformation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Databricks as part of the regional leadership team, contributing to the local presence and culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments.
  • Track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to connect AI and cloud technologies to tangible business outcomes.
