hirify.global builds robotic systems that combine AI and attachments for common construction equipment to autonomously perform labor-intensive tasks, verification, and planning, initially for large-scale solar infrastructure.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art planning and control techniques for manipulation and navigation.
• Research real-time, safe, and efficient trajectory generation for robot manipulators and mobile robots.
• Build scalable planning representations for classical and learned methods.
• Leverage GPUs to generate and evaluate trajectories at scale.
• Implement real-time closed-loop control using classical algorithms and machine learning.
• Develop simulation techniques and performance metrics while collaborating with other teams.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in robotics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing planning and control solutions for robotics applications such as manipulation and navigation.
• Experience with trajectory generation, optimization, sampling, cost or reward shaping, and control.
• Experience with robotics simulation infrastructure such as Isaac Sim or Gazebo.
• Proficiency in C++ and working knowledge of Python.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership with light supervision are required.
