AI Solution Architect EU - Defence (AI)

What you will do

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for hirify.global AI software offerings across presales activities.
• Develop defence-industry expertise and support the integration of AI solutions into secure and regulated environments.
• Translate complex AI and machine learning concepts into clear customer value propositions and tailored solution engagements.
• Design and implement AI proof of concepts, customized workflow examples, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Deliver training for customers, internal teams, and partners, and create technical documentation, best-practice guides, and sales assets.
• Collaborate with business development, experience managers, engineers, product teams, partners, and customers to define end-to-end workflows and expand solution adoption.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of solution engineering and software experience, preferably in AI software sales or solutions engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts, with strong proficiency in AI frameworks, tools, and platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or C++, with experience in both languages preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise data science projects and software in cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments, including DevOps.
• Demonstrated presales performance, including opportunity conversion, alongside strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel as needed.
