VP, Invent Financial Services - Banking Leader - NYC (Banking)

Location: Onsite in New York; Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and San Francisco may also be options.

Base compensation: $250,000–$350,000 per year, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead the banking sector business within hirify.global Invent’s transformation organization.
• Develop and expand relationships with senior executives and consulting decision-makers at major U.S. banks.
• Build client networks and convert relationships into key hirify.global Invent accounts.
• Coordinate hirify.global Invent offerings, tools, and consulting assets.
• Oversee the delivery of consulting engagements and significant transformation programs.
• Set business direction, model organizational values, and coach junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience at a recognized consultancy leading relationships with large financial services clients.
• Experience managing significant programs and applying program or project management practices.
• Existing relationships with senior executives at major banks operating in the United States.
• Ability to build senior-level client relationships and influence strategic priorities.
• Experience succeeding in a matrixed organization and securing support for consulting sales and delivery.
• Collaborative, versatile, empathetic, confident, and outcomes-focused leadership style.
