Flight Attendant

Location: Based in San Jose, California, United States, with work performed onboard corporate aircraft and in aviation facilities; frequent domestic and international travel required.

Salary: $210,000–$225,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Ensure passenger safety in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies, including safety briefings, emergency readiness, and equipment checks.
• Prepare aircraft cabins and manage cleanliness, organization, inventory, catering, and onboard supplies.
• Deliver discreet, personalized hospitality to executives and guests while handling confidential information responsibly.
• Coordinate with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams on flight operations, turnarounds, special requests, and schedule changes.
• Maintain catering records, flight logs, inventory documentation, and other operational records.
• Support trip planning, including international travel requirements, customs, and corporate aviation procedures.

Requirements

• FAA Flight Attendant Certification or the ability to obtain it.
• 3–5 years of Flight Attendant experience; corporate or private aviation experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards.
• Availability for variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call work.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Exceptional customer service, discretion, professionalism, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Corporate or private aviation experience.
• Culinary training or advanced food and beverage service knowledge.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs.
