Product Owner

Location: Remote; flexible Monday–Friday schedule, generally 09:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00.

What you will do

• Manage requirements gathering and analysis across the full lifecycle from Discovery to Production.
• Refine and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows.
• Own delivery quality and timelines together with the Development team.
• Communicate with development, management, and customer stakeholders.
• Represent customer needs and use data and feedback to improve the product.
• Coordinate work across multiple departments and units.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Create quality user stories from business, technical, and backend requirements.
• Define team scope and prioritize the Jira backlog.
• Clarify requirements and ensure the team understands the expected result.
• Manage Jira work including user stories, bugs, incidents, priority, change requests, reviews, and project planning.
• Review completed user stories, validate demos against requirements, and make decisions on feature bugs and bug priority.
