Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States. Fall co-op availability is required from September through December.

What you will do
- Work on real projects in manufacturing, operations, and business functions alongside experienced professionals.
- Apply academic engineering knowledge to real-world technical challenges.
- Contribute to areas such as process engineering, capital projects, automation, process control, equipment reliability, maintenance, continuous improvement, product quality, and technical service.
- Collaborate across teams and functions in team-based environments.
- Participate in mentorship, technical training, and professional development.
Requirements
- Be enrolled full time in a bachelor's or master's degree program in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or another engineering discipline.
- Study in an ABET-accredited program.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Be available for the fall co-op assignment from September through December.
