Risk Controls Business Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain awareness of business operations and identify technology enhancements related to risk and fraud.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to drive security and fraud-control improvements.
• Manage project documentation, progress updates, risks, and potential delivery hurdles.
• Monitor and investigate non-traditional risks, including providing off-hours support when needed.
• Help prioritize risk enhancements and educate stakeholders about the impact of deferred fraud controls.
• Centralize and streamline risk-mitigation practices across systems, regions, and operational centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong analytical, logical problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
• Availability to host or attend off-hours calls as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience presenting ideas, case studies, and proposals.
• Experience coordinating with multiple lines of business.
• Strong understanding of credit card operations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
