Technical Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

What you will do

• Analyze existing digital banking systems and processes, identify improvement areas, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams.
• Address stakeholder questions, capture requirements, and support alignment across product, business, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, and documentation according to internal standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams on testing strategies, identify defects, and provide detailed resolution feedback.
• Validate system enhancements against financial industry regulations and best practices while supporting client onboarding and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of business analysis experience in digital banking or financial services.
• At least 2 years of experience with the hirify.global Core Platform or similar banking technology.
• Experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with user stories, use cases, digital banking platforms, and project management or documentation tools.
• Experience contributing to new digital banking features and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
