Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Represent Technology in cross-functional global projects with Legal, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams.
• Define project scope, solution approaches, business requirements, functional specifications, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Create and manage project plans and schedules, coordinate technology teams, and align priorities and resources.
• Communicate project status through reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes, ensuring stakeholder transparency and buy-in.
• Guide software development requirements through design, QA, user review, UAT, and production go-live.
• Manage project risks, document open issues, and coordinate delivery with developers, testers, end users, and business sponsors.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of project management and business analysis experience in the financial services industry.
• Detailed understanding of operational trade flows, including trading platforms, venues, exchanges, legal, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience with at least two of exchange-traded equities, ETFs, options, or futures.
• Proven delivery experience across requirements, design, QA, support, UAT, and production go-live in a trading environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, estimation, risk management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SQL, relational databases, Microsoft Office, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
