Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive and deliver business and technology initiatives across the full trading lifecycle.
• Define project scope, business requirements, functional specifications, roadmaps, schedules, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate technology teams, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and transparent stakeholder communication.
• Support requirements definition, user reviews, UAT, production go-live, issue tracking, and risk management.
• Represent Technology in cross-functional projects with Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external market counterparties.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of project management and business analysis experience in the financial services industry.
• Detailed understanding of operational trade flows across at least two of equities, ETFs, options, or futures.
• Proven experience delivering business and technology initiatives in a trading environment through requirements, design, QA, support, UAT, and production go-live.
• Strong leadership, planning, estimation, communication, organizational, and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SQL, and relational databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Visio and Microsoft Project.
