Strategic Projects Associate

Location: On-site in Chicago, Illinois, or London, United Kingdom; office attendance is expected 6–7 days per week.

Salary: $125,000–$200,000 per year, or £60,000–£90,000 per year, plus equity options.

What you will do

• Support high-priority strategic initiatives across the business.
• Research markets, competitors, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
• Draft analyses, regulatory filings, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Evaluate and execute new projects, partnerships, and operational initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured recommendations and action plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders and build systems, documentation, and processes that support growth.
