Lead Product Manager, Data Platform

Location: Remote in the United States; candidates must be based in and authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $164,000–$205,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own and evolve a multi-year product roadmap for data ingestion, data modeling, analytics, and intelligence capabilities.
• Define the vision for a unified data layer that brings together native, client, and third-party data.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable cloud-native pipelines, trusted analytic models, and reusable machine learning capabilities.
• Prioritize customer and internal stakeholder needs, manage team backlogs, and define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product across two cross-functional Scrum teams and coordinate scope, sequencing, dependencies, and resourcing.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, stakeholder alignment, platform metrics, and product management mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant work with data platforms, analytics products, or developer and internal platforms.
• Lead- or principal-level experience setting direction across multiple teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native data architectures, data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, streaming and batch pipelines, and modern data modeling.
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS data services, machine learning productization, Agile and Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of security, privacy, compliance, and performance requirements for financial data; US work authorization is required, and employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, digital banking, SaaS, or another regulated and data-intensive domain.
• Experience launching and scaling a platform or data product from concept to general availability.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
