What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for tenants and support daily property operations and administration.
• Conduct regular property inspections and recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Select and oversee vendors and coordinate with building maintenance staff to complete work orders.
• Process accounts payable and prepare accounts receivable reports.
• Support bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses.
• Support tenant-focused programs and initiatives while providing timely and courteous service.

Requirements

• At least two years of progressively responsible commercial property management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and provide reliable customer service.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
