Staff Fullstack Engineer (Go, React)

Location: Hybrid in Sunnyvale, California, with at least 60% or 24 hours of the work week on-site; candidates in Durham, North Carolina may also be considered. Tuesdays and Thursdays are encouraged on-site days.

Compensation may include an annual bonus and incentives; no exact salary range is provided.

Develops patient-facing healthcare software for the Galleri® Test and systems for collecting clinical data.

What you will do

• Build native cloud-based software supporting commercial healthcare offerings, including my.hirify.global.com and provider.hirify.global.com.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and distributed microservice ecosystems.
• Lead large, complex cross-functional and cross-organizational engineering programs.
• Drive software engineering improvements based on business needs and industry trends.
• Define engineering standards, tools, and knowledge requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, bioinformatics, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack applications and microservice ecosystems.
• Strong experience with Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, React, Angular, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, databases, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development.
• Experience developing distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience writing and executing test protocols.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with gRPC, Terraform, and AWS.
