Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work

Compensation: $65–85 per hour

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end frontend and backend features for Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives.
• Develop scalable, modular web applications and integrate business-facing service APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure production performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Backend development experience with Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and building scalable web applications.
• Understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and maintainable code practices.
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
