Sr Engineer, Software Development (C#)

Location: West Los Angeles, California; structured hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office

Salary: $121,400–$173,300 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop backend services and RESTful APIs for platform operations, release engineering, DevOps pipelines, and system integrations.
• Contribute to scalable, secure, and resilient platform services and cloud-native architectures.
• Improve CI/CD workflows, release automation, observability, and platform reliability.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to support SLA adherence and rapid incident response.
• Collaborate with QA, Security, Infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams on deployment and performance.
• Share engineering best practices and knowledge across the platform domain.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Azure Cosmos DB with AI Search, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, container orchestration, and observability tools such as Datadog and Prometheus.
• Must currently reside in West Los Angeles, California, be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and meet the structured hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or AKS.
• Strong independent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
