What you will do
- Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key ADAS production programs.
- Coordinate with automotive customers on technical needs, workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
- Identify and remove obstacles, support decision-making, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Define program metrics and communicate performance, blockers, and outcomes.
- Drive process improvements with management and cross-functional teams, including Algorithmics, Integration, and Validation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years of project management experience.
- Experience in customer-facing technical project or program management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive or vehicle industry.
- Hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
