Technical Project Manager (Automotive)

Location: Tel-Aviv, Israel; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key ADAS production programs.
• Coordinate with automotive customers on technical needs, workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
• Identify and remove obstacles, support decision-making, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Define program metrics and communicate performance, blockers, and outcomes.
• Drive process improvements with management and cross-functional teams, including Algorithmics, Integration, and Validation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience in customer-facing technical project or program management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive or vehicle industry.
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
